Newly renovated! Small 400 sq ft studio apartment styled space that sleeps up to 4 people! Includes full kitchen, cooking utensils, smart TV (with Netflix, etc.), Zinus memory foam queen bed, pull-out sofa bed, table for 4, and tasteful decor to boot. We have been hosting on airbnb for years and are so excited to debut this little apartment!
Good to know
This space is attached to our detached garage. Keep in mind this space is small! It is 400 sq ft total. It will probably start to feel crowded with 4 people, but still enough space to get to relax after a long day of exploring Waco. Beautiful space - we thought about moving in permanently ourselves! There is a small covered outdoor area where you can sit for drinks or meals. There is also a patio with benches and a fire pit that you are welcome to enjoy.
Other Details to Note
- There is no dishwasher. All dishes need to be washed by hand. - The ceiling in the bedroom is pretty low. About 7 ft ceiling. - You will hear the garage doors open and close during your stay.

We live on a particularly beautiful part of Colcord Ave. We regularly walk up and down the street and enjoy the sun and trees. However, Waco is an up and coming city and still is rough around the edges. Whether it’s our neighborhood or the next, they all have a few unloved homes and lots of foot traffic.
